Fire footage Mad/bell. +Fire Truck abrupt Arrival 11\8\2013

This was an attempt to capture live footage of a fire.The responcibilities in journalism have not changed,as I mentioned in a previous post. However the expectations for internet journalists have. The standard skill set includes: gathering,recording,editing and publishing news on breaking events, immediately. The journalist must learn through experience and mistakes will occur.My profane reaction is genuine but  highly inappropriate.I posted it as is because my failures can help prepare others for similar circumstances.   Christopher Eck, The latest information from  C++ For C Programmers  on Coursera. We have added a new element to the course,  Conversations , which can be found on the left side course menu. These are done through Google Hangouts on air. We have posted the first of these conversations with the chair of the UCSC, CS department Jim Whitehead. He is a distinguished software engineer of wide experience and is also intimately working in our game design major. I am hoping to follow up with other conversations that will include talking with our Coursera staff and students. This last week we changed the rubric and point assignment for peer grading Homework 2. It was amended to take into account a very thoughtful discussion posted in the forum.         Educating People On Demand requires more than providing access to lectures,sharing lesson plans and encouraging peer interaction. When M.I.T. launched their Open Course Ware site (O CW) it was defined by Anne Margulies, as a  model for open sharing of information. Their format was radically different than the distance education programs and tuition based,degree granting, web courses.Publishing the software tools, lecture notes, syllabus, lab instruction, and world class lectures sparked the movement  I denote,all too often, as E.P.O.D.
